The Finance Platform is a shared workspace where a founder, a finance person, an accountant and investors plan and control a company's finances together. It is built for small SaaS and AI companies without a finance team, starting in Germany and the EU.
What you can do
- Write a business plan with a guided builder: company profile, pricing, go-to-market, revenue, costs, headcount, cash and funding, then a plan draft you can export.
- Forecast 36 months of profit and loss, cash flow, a simplified balance sheet, runway, break-even and funding need. Every forecast run stores its inputs and their hash, so the same inputs always give the same result.
- Compare scenarios such as base, downside and upside side by side, and see how likely your goals are with a probabilistic forecast.
- Price a subscription: simulate candidate prices across conservative, base and optimistic cases and see break-even, payback and the money you need. See Price a consumer subscription.
- Compare plan with actuals: record invoices and expenses, import bank statements and spreadsheets, and see the variance with a drill-down to the records.
- Ask the assistant: questions such as "Can I hire a salesperson in February and keep 12 months of runway?" The assistant drafts a scenario, runs it and answers with the figures and the run it used. It cannot approve anything or change your records on its own.
- Prove your numbers: sign KPIs as a statement anyone can verify, or open a read-only data room for a bank or investor. See Share numbers you can prove.
Every number is traceable
Each calculation has a published formula, the values it used and a plain-language explanation. The formula reference lists them all.
Open to your own tools and agents
Workspaces can be reached through a REST API, OAuth apps, signed webhooks and an MCP endpoint, so your own AI agent can use the same governed tools as ours. See Connect your own AI agent.
