Import a spreadsheet
Bring planning data from an Excel or CSV file into a workspace: inspect, map, check as a dry run, review the proposed changes and apply them only when you confirm.
Steps
- Upload an XLSX or CSV file under Imports.
- The platform inspects every sheet. Formulas without cached values are flagged; macros and external links are
detected and never run or followed.
- Map cells and tables to planning inputs.
- Validate: a dry run shows what would change without changing anything.
- Review the proposed changes and apply them with an explicit confirmation. An applied import can be reversed.
Good to know
- Nothing is written before you confirm.
- Each applied import is recorded in the audit log with who applied it.
- Pricing simulations exported to Excel or PDF can be imported again under Planning → Pricing simulations.
