# Share numbers you can prove

> Sign KPIs as a statement that a bank, investor or auditor verifies without an account, or open a live read-only data room with a secret link.

## Signed statements

1. Someone allowed to approve opens **Planning → Signed statements**, picks a forecast run, ticks the KPIs and
   downloads the signed statement.
2. The statement fixes the values with their formulas and evidence (input hash, engine version, where the actuals
came from) and is signed with Ed25519 by the platform and by your organisation.
3. The recipient opens the platform's `/verify` page and uploads the file. The answer is valid, invalid or
revoked, with every check and what the statement does and does not prove. It can also be verified offline
   with the published public keys.
4. The issuer can withdraw a statement with a reason; it then verifies as revoked.

## Data rooms

An owner opens a read-only room under **Workspace → Data rooms** for a named counterparty: chosen scenarios, KPIs,
level of detail and months, for a number of days. The counterparty opens a secret link; every access is
recorded and the owner can close the room at any time.
